Yet another BlogEngine 1.4.5.Theme: Illacrimo

22. October 2008 00:22 by Henrik Stenbæk | 7 Comments

Finally I got it fixed: the WP theme Illacrimo is ready for BlogEngine 1.4.5.

Untitled

Illacrimo was originally designed by Design Disease

I welcome any comments and suggestions.

Enjoy.

Theme highlights

I have seen several BE versions of this theme out of the web but none of theme seems to have got the comments section right.

Please find the commens formatted in the way the original designer ment it to be:

Untitled2

I also had a hard time making the comments form look the "right" way:

Untitled3

Hope you all appreciate it ;-)

    Yet another fantastic theme... Thanks

This is one of the best themes for BE I have found to date. I have implemented this theme locally and only have 2 minor problems:

    1) The first tab on the top menu stays highlighted regardless of which tab is selected.

    2) The listing in the Archive is not well organized (columns to not line up).

Could you please point to which files I need to look at in order to correct these issue? Thanks in advance.

Any chance you could fix the issues with this theme?

There are clearly issues with the top search box area. It doesn't show up right at all.

The tabs never work either, whether you go to contact or archive, it always shows home as being selected.

Not sure how this can be considered "finished" in the current state its in?

    Thanks!
